Meet Linnea
Linnea is a Body Arts and Sciences International (BASI) Certified Pilates Instructor. She grew up in Canada, England, Singapore, and Santa Barbara. Throughout these moves, formal dance training provided an important constant and introduced her to Pilates. She was attracted to Pilates because of its emphasis on the mind/body connection and strength building.
Linnea has been teaching Pilates since 2009 and has trained with many of the top Pilates trainers in the world. She views the practice of Pilates as a lifelong pursuit and loves to learn from and be inspired by her fellow teachers in professional development trainings, workshops, and conferences.
Inspired by Pilates’ ability to rehabilitate her body and enhance her well-being during her first two pregnancies, Linnea completed pre- and post-natal Pilates instructor training at EHS Preggo Pilates in San Francisco. This training furthered her practice and enhanced her knowledge during her third pregnancy.
Linnea aims to inspire, support, and guide clients—from beginner to advanced—as they increase whole body awareness, remediate imbalances, enhance strengths, and move with integrity. When working with Linnea, clients can expect a climate of warmth, acceptance, and sensitivity to their needs and goals.
When she is not practicing or teaching Pilates, Linnea enjoys spending time with her three sons and her husband, as well as cooking, swimming, dancing, listening to music, creating art, and hiking.

Class Setting
Join our In-Person Pilates Mat Class to enhance your integrity, form, and function. This low-impact, high-demand group class includes breathing exercises, standing Pilates for balance, and core work on the floor. We conclude with back body stretches to improve posture, leaving you feeling happier, stretched, and stronger.
Duet
Semi-private
A perfect way for two friends to workout together. This is the cheaper option to a private session with all the benefits if you and your friend have similar fitness goals. Plus, you can train at a time that is convenient for you.
Private Session
In Person - on Reformer
Whether you are new to Pilates or have been doing it for a while, a private session will go far beyond what we do in a group class. We strive to remediate any underlying issues and work on alignment. Come experience fully customized sessions at a time that works best for you!
